Booking

01Media rates and any terms and conditions may be amended without prior notice.
02Bookings must be submitted at least 2 weeks before the campaign start date and require a deposit or full advance payment as stated in the booking form.
03All advertising and packages are subject to availability, allocated first come, first served upon confirmation of the booking order.
04Quotations are valid for 4 weeks.
05Where these terms differ from the Advertising Booking Form, the terms in the Advertising Booking Form prevail.

Content and approval

01All creative materials must be submitted 7 working days before the campaign start date.
02All content, events and activations are subject to the approval of the relevant stakeholders and authorities. Their decision is final and non-contestable.
03Content must comply with all applicable advertising licences and content publishing regulations, and any subsequent revisions.
04Digital screen operating hours are 7am – 12 midnight (17 hours). A maximum of 10 slots run in rotation, including the landlord's content. Audio is enabled.

Rates and commission

01All rates are in Singapore dollars (S$) and subject to prevailing GST (9% unless otherwise stated).
02Advertising rates are inclusive of 15% agency commission.
03Production costs and event rental rates are not subject to agency commission.
04Event rental rates are subject to change.
05Rental of The Terrace & Lawn includes the AV system (projector, screen, speakers and microphones). A surcharge of S$200 per hour applies after 9pm.
06Contact the relevant salesperson for other spot durations and bespoke buys.
